We currently ship across all serviceable pincodes within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Pincode serviceability is verified at checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, the system will display a clear message and the order cannot be placed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of order dispatch (not the date of order placement). Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
We work with reputed logistics partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, Shadowfax, and India Post (for remote pincodes) to ensure safe and timely delivery. The choice of courier depends on your delivery pincode and order weight.

In such cases, we will keep you updated via email and SMS. Orders cannot be cancelled solely on the basis of a delay caused by reasons beyond our control.

Our courier partners typically make two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail (e.g., recipient unavailable, address inaccessible, refused delivery), the order is returned to our warehouse and treated as a Return-to-Origin (RTO). For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy, less applicable shipping costs.
Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and contact number are accurate before confirming the order. If you notice an error, please contact us at contact@isgsfabrics.com or call +91 87961 78236 within 1 hour of placing the order so we can attempt to update it before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or within 7 days of expected delivery (for lost shipments) at contact@isgsfabrics.com with photographs and your order number. We will investigate with our logistics partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
